We undertake a wide variety of work within the General Practice area of surveying ranging from advising clients both on the Landlord and Tenant side on Rent Reviews and Lease Renewal terms, through to dealing with Business Rates Appeals and Expert Witness work. As part of the Expert Witness role, we deal with Boundary and Property Disputes and Valuations which are the subject of legal proceedings and undertake work as part of court proceedings.

We also deal with the buying/selling and letting of all types of commercial property ranging from the smaller retail units through to large industrial premises.

We also undertake a wide variety of Commercial Valuations for a number of High Street banks and major lenders and investors for secured lending, pension fund valuations, probate and personal valuations.

Building Consultancy
		Our Building Consultancy is made up of three Chartered Surveyors and a Graduate Surveyor, with surveyors based both in our Walsall and Shrewsbury offices offering a wealth of experience in dealing with a wide range of work from Structural Surveys through to Dilapidations claims for both Landlord and Tenant, Project Management and Design Consultancy. We act as lead consultant on Design and Project Management and have specialist knowledge within the Education and Health Care sectors, as well as undertaking commercial instructions
